The Fed's latest action of lowering mortgage rates to 5.5% (with no points and no origination fees) make it the ideal time to secure a loan.  These very favorable rates, coupled with adjusted home prices in Naples and Bonita Springs, present a perfect opportunity to consider real estate in Southwest Florida.

As the market is beginning to significantly recuperate in our area, savvy buyers understand the advantage of timing. With lower inventory, a 1% increase in the median price over the past 12 months, and an improved ratio of pended sales to new listings taken, it appears that the Naples/Bonita Springs area has reached bottom, unlike other parts of the country.

I read not long ago that one Wall Street analyst stated that buying waterfront property in Naples is like owning an apartment in Midtown Manhattan.  It's all about long-term value.
