Today I had the opportunity to preview Aqua, the only new waterfront tower to open this season in Naples.  For a couple of years I attended pre-construction events where the project was introduced ... but never dreamed that it would be such a phenomenally unique community!  Aqua lives and breathes water.  Its sumptuous interior design reflects the ambiance of the Gulf views it enjoys.

Exclusive amenities include privileges of an equity membership at Pelican Isle Yacht Club, in addition to a beach shuttle, complete concierge service, spa, fitness center, theater, and much more.  Wet slips are available for purchase for boats up to 55' in length.  For non-boaters, arrangements can be made with Barton & Gray's Mariners Club for a private experience aboard a fully-equipped captained Hinckley Yacht.

Prices start at $ 1,580,000 and range up to $ 3,300,000 for a Grand Estate on the 9th floor.  There are also two penthouses still available.  Square footage runs from almost 3,600 sq. ft. to about 5,000 sq. ft. in the penthouse.  Currently 26 of the 48 units in the first tower  have been sold.  They are now ready for occupancy.
